RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ostentatious, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn’t the right fit or you have received a product with an issue, we’re here to help. Products can be returned or exchanged within 7days of delivery, provided the product meets our return and exchange conditions. The product must be: Unworn, unused and unwashed In its original condition Free from stains, makeup marks, perfume or any other signs of use Returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact Exchange You can request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges are only applicable for the same product and cannot be made for a different product. If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose to receive a refund/store credit as per our applicable policy. Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within the eligible return period. Once the returned product reaches us, it will go through a quality check. If the product meets our return conditions, your refund will be initiated. Non-Returnable Products The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: Products that have been worn, washed or altered Products without original tags or packaging Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or care Products purchased during a final sale / non-returnable sale Customized or personalized products, if applicableDamaged / Wrong Product If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email address]. Return Pickup Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from the delivery address. In case a pickup is unavailable at your location, we may provide an alternative return method. REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been received and successfully passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, unless otherwise communicated by Ostentatious. For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated after the returned product passes our quality check. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take [5–7 business days] to reflect in your account. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through [bank transfer/UPI/store credit]. Customers may be required to provide the necessary details to process the refund. Shipping charges, COD charges or other applicable fees, if any, may be non-refundable. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, applicable shipping or return charges may be deducted from the refund. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email/WhatsApp number] with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible to initiate a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. If a cancellation is successfully processed for a prepaid order, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment will be collected if the cancellation is successfully processed before dispatch. Ostentatious reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including: Product unavailability Pricing or inventory errors Incorrect or incomplete customer information Suspected fraudulent activity Delivery restrictions or unforeseen circumstances If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method. text
